We are committed to delivering your dietary supplements quickly, safely, and in optimal condition. We ship to most countries worldwide while strictly complying with international shipping regulations, import laws for health products, and the export regulations of the originating jurisdiction.
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
• If we experience inventory shortages or need additional information to verify your order (including mandatory ID verification for security purposes), we will contact you via email within 24 hours
• Important Note: During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing time may be extended to 2-3 business days.

• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico takes an additional 2-5 business days and may incur extra fees
• We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and package weight
• All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of our shipping carriers
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses are only eligible for Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
• We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. However, due to varying import regulations for dietary supplements, some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
• Delivery Time: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed
• Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We do not offer "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid) services; all shipments are "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• Customs Clearance: We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential delays caused by customs inspections
• Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to countries where dietary supplements are prohibited or require special import licenses. You can check if we ship to your country during checkout
• Important Compliance Note: It is the customer's responsibility to research and understand the import regulations for dietary supplements in their country. Packages seized, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities are considered "Confiscated" and are not eligible for a refund under our refund policy. We are not liable for packages seized, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities.
• Temperature-Sensitive Products: Probiotics, enzymes, and other temperature-sensitive supplements require special insulated packaging and expedited shipping. These products cannot be shipped internationally or to PO Boxes. Please note that due to uncontrollable transit times in international logistics, we cannot guarantee the viability of live cultures (e.g., probiotics) upon arrival, though we ensure optimal condition at dispatch.
• Liquid & Powder Products: Due to airline safety regulations, liquid supplements over 4 ounces and certain powder products may have shipping limitations. International shipping of liquids and powders is restricted to select countries
• Hazardous Materials: We do not ship any products classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Expedited and Overnight Shipping are not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• Prohibited Countries: We do not ship to countries under US trade sanctions or embargoes
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to track your package.
• You can track your order status directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is shipped
• If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@synshe.com
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen:
• Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged package and products. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
• Lost Packages: If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue within 3-5 business days. If a package is confirmed "Lost" by the carrier (not "Confiscated" by customs), we will issue a full refund.
• Stolen Packages: We recommend contacting your local police department and the shipping carrier immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund
• Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
• Failed Delivery: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange reshipping or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost
• Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, customs inspections, or carrier operational issues. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent or violates our terms of service
• We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses for international orders
• Customs Declarations: We declare the full value of the goods as required by law. We cannot mark shipments as "Gifts" or "Samples" to evade customs duties.
• Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page
• This shipping policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws
