If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund within 30 natural days from the date you receive the product. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions below:
Returns are eligible if all the following conditions are met:
1. Unopened Products:
○ Must remain sealed in the original packaging with intact labels, security seals, and all accessories.
2. Opened Products (Subject to Conditions):
○ If the product has been opened, a return is only accepted within 30 days of receipt and with no more than 50% usage. The remaining product and original packaging must be retained for verification of usage.
3. Required Documentation:
○ Provide a valid order number, original receipt, or other valid proof of purchase.
4. Complete Return:
○ Return all original packaging, product manuals, instructions, and any included free gifts.
Important Hygiene & Safety Notice:
For hygiene and public safety reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns in the following cases:
• Opened liquids, powders, and personal care items if signs of contamination, tampering, or improper storage (e.g., leaks, spoilage, foreign objects) are evident;
• Any other condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
1. Initiate the Request:
○ Contact Customer Service at service@synshe.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Approval & Instructions:
○ Upon approval, you will receive detailed return shipping labels and the return address.
○ Merchandise Responsibility Returns (e.g., defective products, wrong items shipped):
▪ We will provide a free prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.
○ Customer Responsibility Returns (e.g., changed mind, dissatisfaction with effects):
▪ The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notice:
Packages sent without prior approval or directly to the manufacturing facility will be rejected and ineligible for a refund.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Received:
○ Contact Customer Service at service@synshe.com within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the issue and your order number.
○ We will expedite verification and resolve the issue by:
▪ Sending a replacement product;
▪ Issuing a full refund (including original shipping costs).
2. Quality Issues After Opening:
○ Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and a description of the issue, along with your order number for efficient resolution.
IV. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The return policy does not apply to the following:
1. Customized products made to your specific request;
2. Digital or physical gift cards;
3. Clearance, flash sale, or promotional items marked as "Final Sale";
4. Products purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers;
5. Products damaged, tampered with, misused, or improperly stored (e.g., exposed to extreme temperatures) by the customer.
To resolve issues promptly, we recommend the following steps:
1. Return the original item through the return process;
2. Place a new order for the desired product.
If the issue is our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will send the correct product at no charge upon verification.
VI. Refund Processing Timeline & Terms
1. Approval & Notification:
○ You will receive an email confirmation of the refund outcome within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.
2. Refund Timeline:
○ Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
○ Bank or payment processor delays may add an additional 3-10 business days; please allow for this timeframe for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Shipping Costs:
○ For returns not due to our responsibility, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund has not been credited within 14 business days after approval, please:
1. Check your bank account transaction history again;
2. Contact your credit card company or payment processor directly;
3. If the issue remains unresolved after the above steps, contact us at service@synshe.com.
