📦 ORDERING & SHIPPING
Q1: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Processing may extend to 2-3 business days during peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays).
Q2: What are the shipping costs?
A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $4.99 and up. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Q3: Which carriers do you use? Do you ship internationally?
A: Within the US, we ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery time: 3-7 business days. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International delivery: 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance.
Q4: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Q5: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Q7: How do I start a return?

Q10: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we provide a free prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund.
